Downtown Mansfield, Inc. is managed and operated by a staff of three employees as well as several interns and community volunteers.  DMI is also very fortunate to have an active Board of Director and committees that assist with oversight and guidance on all current and future programs, projects and initiatives.

Jennifer Gerberick Kime, Chief Executive Officer

Jennifer Kime currently serves as the CEO of Downtown Mansfield, Inc (DMI) and is a certified Main Street Manager with the National Main Street Center.  Her work has centered on business development, planning, promotions, strategic investment, historic preservation and community involvement.  Prior to DMI, Jennifer managed a flower shop in Chicago, Ill; a domestic violence shelter in Saratoga Springs and wrote national policy on Hate Crime.  She earned her MBA from Ashland University and her BA from Antioch College in Social and Global Studies, focusing on the establishment of women owned businesses and non-profits in Eastern Europe. 

In addition to her work at DMI, she was a contributing author to "Why This Work Matters," a featured contributor to “Resilient Downtowns” an author and editor for MidOhioLive, Mansfield News Journal and contributes to both statewide and national blogs for economic development and economic trends. 

Jamie Lustig Thompson, Chief Development Officer

Jamie Thompson has been a part of the DMI family since 2003. As CDO, Jamie develops new organizational partnerships, maintains ongoing marketing campaigns and donor driven initiatives and is always on the lookout for new funding sources. Jamie holds a BA from The Ohio State University and an MPA from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University. Jamie resides in Mansfield with her husband, three sons and English Bulldog Jemima.

Katie Crall , Communications and Event Assistant

Katie began her career in Richland County seven years ago working with Pioneer Career & Technology, United Way of Richland County and Sun Graphics. With twelve years of marketing experience behind her, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the DMI team. As the Communications and Event Assistant, Katie works on brand development, event coordination, and marketing strategies and projects.

Katie is a member of the Richland County Humane Society Board of Directors, Richland Young Professionals Board of Directors, and a 2019 Leadership Unlimited Graduate. A Bucyrus native, Katie is a Wynford High School graduate and Bowling Green State University Alum. Katie and her boyfriend Austin are rescue advocates and have a house full living with their Pit Mix Dylan, Great Dane Sarah, French Bulldog Scrump, and two cats, Muffins & Ava.

Rh'yan Dotson, Intern

Rh'yan is the current Downtown Mansfield, Inc. Intern. An Ontario native, Rh'yan graduated from Ontario High School and is currently studying Public Administration at Mount Vernon. She resides in Lexington.
